Wash two glass panels (float glass, filament glass, toughened glass, calendered glass, sandblasted glass, endothermic glass, ultraviolet absorption glass, heat reflection glass, etc.).
Place a cylindrical support with a height of 0.1-0.5 mm and a diameter of 0.3-1.0 mm or a linear or lattice support with a width of 0.4-0.6 mm on a glass plate at an interval of 10-25 mm; place another glass plate; coat the periphery of the two glass plates with welded glass (also low melting point metal, flexible metal, organic adhesives); and heat them for 15-60 minutes at 450 C. Remove the moisture and organic matter attached to the glass plate; the two glass plates are sealed by welded glass to form a whole.
The vacuum pressure of the chamber between two glass plates can reach 0.001 mm mercury column by opening the hole in the proper position and vacuum pumping, which constitutes the vacuum glass.
The whole production process of vacuum glass touches nearly 100 production links, which requires harsh production environment and high process precision. If not combined with high-end automation technology, it will lead to low output power, directly affect the performance and stability of vacuum glass, and lose the commercial value of products.
